Shipping Terms and Policy

Indiaaerosols is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.


Orders are shipped within 7 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.


Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.


Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 10 business days from receipt of the Order. Delivery of all orders will be to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout.


Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider information. Order status is also updated on our website and you can check it in your “Order List” .


Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Indiaaerosols may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.


All payments made against the purchases/services on shall be as against the MRP displayed on the Website. We accept payment by credit cards issued by American Express, Master card and Visa. We also accept Net banking from a few banks. Indiaaerosols may employ PayPal and such other third party facilities, for payments on the Website. Use of such third party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable.

Return and Cancellation Terms and Policy


If you recive any damage or wrong product, Please drop us a request on and we will process your request. Kindly attach the invoice along with necessary details regarding your order within this mail, our logistics partner will pick up product from your doorstep.

On the day of pick up our logistics partner will communicate with you over sms/call and collect the order.

In case of multiple items in an order, part of the same can be returned. Any product being returned needs to be provided in full including all components as well as any complementary gifts or products which came along with it.

Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hours to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.


Refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. You will receive your refund within 10 to 15 working days.

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalized banks.


If you wish to cancel any order placed on, please inform us within 48 hours and we will cancel your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can opt to return it to us after receiving it by following the Product Return procedures mentioned herein above.
